How do I even pick a topic people will pay for?
Go with the thing people already ask you for help with. If you can describe the outcome in one line, it’s a strong topic. And then make it interesting so people actually like it.. be it an experience or something that they create or engage in.
What should I charge for my first workshop?
Don’t overthink it... price it as a “first edition.” Keep it affordable, add an early-bird discount and you can raise it once you’ve got testimonials. Infact you'll know the cons so that you are more prepared for the next event.
What if nobody shows up to my first event?
Totally normal fear... start small on purpose. Pick a clear topic, invite 20–30 people personally (DMs beat posts), set a minimum like “we’ll run it even if 5 join,” and treat it as your first rep, not your final exam. Even a tiny room can be a great event if the energy is good. HAPPY HOSTING :)
